I specialize in family conflict with couples, families, and individuals, as well as with life-transitions, anxiety, conflict resolution, communication skills, etc. I believe we are highly impacted and shaped by our histories, family backgrounds, and relationships, and understanding where you come from helps to get you where you want to go. It is my goal to walk beside you as you move toward healing and wholeness. I believe there is hope for every person and marriage and I'd love to help you grow and learn tools to equip you through the highs and lows of life. For those who wish, I am able to incorporate faith and spirituality into the healing process. For those who do not, that is perfectly fine as well. This is your journey and therapy will reflect that.
I have been inter-ethnically/inter-culturally married for over 23 years. Together we’ve had to navigate marriage with very different upbringings and thought processes. As a veteran's wife whose first 15 years of marriage were while my husband was active duty, I also have a heart for those families impacted by military life. |
