Master's Mental Health Counseling
I work to foster a non-judgmental, supportive, and safe space where you can come as you are to experience healing and growth. My approach is trauma-informed and attachment based, with modalities including client-centered therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and creative techniques.
While I have experience with clients across varying ages and demographics, I particularly enjoy working with young adults 18-30 experiencing depression and anxiety, life transitions and identity development, and religious/spiritual trauma. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I commend you for your courage in taking the first step towards healing - it can be overwhelming! Therapy is all about finding the right fit with a therapist, so don't hesitate to reach out to see if we could be a good match.
