After years of studying mind/body practices, I have learned how to effectively guide clients who suffer with deep emotional traumas, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, life transitions, and grief in ways that bring about relief and lasting change.
I take an integrative approach to counseling where we can weave modern mental health techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and EBT, with integrative techniques like visualizations and meditation. I meet you where you are with no judgement or expectation.
In addition to counseling, I am a certified and trained yoga therapist and have been practicing and teaching yoga for over twenty years.
