Going to the gym is great for your body. Engaging in religious practices like attending church is great for your spirit. And therapy? That’s great for your mind. Whether you’re facing personal challenges, tough transitions, heartbreak, or simply seeking to strengthen your mental well-being, I am here to support you.
My approach to therapy is eclectic. Some of the therapies I use include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I tailor sessions to your unique needs, often combining approaches to help you move forward effectively. You are the expert in your own life—the author of your story. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, uncover strengths, and embrace healing. If requested, I am also happy to incorporate Christian values and faith into our sessions.
